We're not here to try and rip you off. There are many reasons why you may no longer require your order of Vimax. We get it, stuff happens in life! Or you may have simply just changed your mind, may require the money for an emergency, etc. It's fine, we will happily refund you in full if you decide that you wish to return your order to us. We will require the order back though first, and please make sure you send it on a tracked postal service so it doesnt get lost. Here are some often asked questions about returning products to us:
Our tracking system updates at every point during the picking and packing process. Usually all orders are sent out on the same day of ordering, if not the day after. This is only during the week though, and during working hours. If you order on a Friday evening, you should not expect the tracking system to update.
Ok, no problem, you just need to get in touch with us through our case system and a member of staff will provide you with an address to return the order to. Send it tracked post so that we can both know where it is, and once we receive it back we will refund in full.
That's fine, you are still within the 60 days guarantee period, so you are within your rights to request a return whether Vimax worked for you or not. As above, just let us know and we will give you further instructions in order to get your money back.
